Commitment

“Your greatness is not what you have, it’s what you give” – Anthony Braxton (avant-garde/free jazz composer, musician, former Professor of Music at Wesleyan University, and National Endowment for the Arts Jazz Master)

In IMPROV, commitment brings out the best in any improviser. Commitment to character, scene, emotion, game and making your scene partner look good are all essential to the success of the scene and the entire show. Without commitment, an improv show is not entertaining.
